Christmas Day

Merry Christmas to All!

Taylor woke up so early and bright to find

that Santa had eaten most of the cookies and

the reindeer had eaten the apple leaving

only a crumb.

Beckham of course knew that his present would

still await him even if he slept all day. So Taylor

tried waking him up telling him Santa has come

Santa has come. Lets open our gifts.

And after a few attempts Taylor decided that she

would just pick him up and carry him out there.

Beckham sure enough got the Mickey Clubhouse

that he was too chicken to ask Santa for.

And Taylor was lucky enough to get the Disney

Princess Cash Register that she asked Santa for.

Great Grandma Vi slept over and joined the

festivities of Christmas morning too.

We ended the present opening with a wonderful

Christmas Brunch. Taylor and Uncle Justin are

starting before everyone else.

Cookies for Santa and Apples for the Reindeer

After Christmas eve at the Gourley's we went to

the Sarles side to spend the night. The kids were

excited to put out cookies and Milk for Santa

and could not forget about the Reindeer so they

put out an apple for Rudolph.

Beckham was eating bites out of the cookies as

he was filling the plate for Santa.

We were so lucky to have everyone at Christmas eve
this year. We have not all been together for a Christmas
for a few years. We had the traditional Subway dinner
and had a wonderful time.

Sunday before Christmas at the Gourley's

We all met at the Anoka Ward for Church the Sunday

before Christmas and then went back to the

Gourley's for a Ham, Potato, and Rolls dinner.

We got to Minnesota for Christmas and that

night it snowed a ton. It was 50 when we left

Kansas so the kids hadn't seen snow this year

yet. So they were excited to put on some gear

(I didn't bring theres) and play in the snow.
